During quarantine, days are made for reflection and ideas are shaped by time. Thus, jeweller Joana Mieiro decided to create the project Lemon_Other lives or one life only:

Of memories brought from long visited places, that have no use or specific goal with the inhabited place itself, are those objects part of what we chose to bring and carry within ourselves. By natural processes, I keep three lemons which have dried, and from what they were, we only see their corpse now. If we touch them, hardened, dried, hollow, they just look like a shell; but if a zest is extracted from them, still the smell of what they once were one may remember.

From birth to death, could we only keep our essence, in which, even after our death, a zest of us might still flow from what we once were.
